We strive to be the best in every way and look to you for ideas for improvement. Please feel free to contact us via email should you have any questions or concerns about our products, services or policies. We appreciate your inquiries and / or comments and will respond within 2 business days.
We make every effort to keep an updated inventory, though occasionally we sell out of products sooner than anticipated. Items may need to be transferred from our warehouse, which will delay shipment by a few days. If we are out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
GimmeGrace accepts Visa and Master Card.
Your card is charged only for the items that we ship you, not items that are not in stock or have been canceled. Your invoice will be included in your package.
You will be notified via email or phone if there is a problem with your credit card during order processing.
Any order shipped within the State of Washington is required to pay the applicable retail sales taxes, this includes taxes on shipping charges. Sales tax is automatically calculated prior to payment.
We guarantee shipping within two days. GimmeGrace uses primarily USPS First-Class mail which generally takes 3-5 days.
If you need to modify or cancel your order please e-mail customer service (help@gimmegrace.com) as soon as possible and we will do so for you. We are unable to send an updated electronic order confirmation, but we will make note of any changes on the packing slip you will receive with your package.
Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel or modify it. You would need to place a separate order, then place a return or exchange.
All returns, including defective merchandise, must be sent to GimmeGrace within 15 business days from receipt of item. If the merchandise was defective due to a GimmeGrace error (as opposed to shipping damage), purchase and freight costs will be reimbursed, otherwise all freight costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive credit for the full amount of purchase item must be received by GimmeGrace, LLC in its original packaging in pristine, resalable condition. Undamaged cards with a receipt and in their original packaging may be returned for refund to the following address:
